Jamie’s hospitality career spans nearly two decades, showcasing a diverse journey across cocktail bars, nightclubs, hotels, and fine dining restaurants.

With leadership roles in renowned organisations like McDonald’s and Walt Disney World, Jamie’s experience is as global as it is extensive. As a young bartender in 2014, he reached the final of the inaugural ‘Monkey Shoulder Ultimate Bartender Competition,’ and his cocktail, Ernest & Rita, is featured in the 17th edition of Difford’s Guide with a stellar rating of 4.5/5 stars. Since then, the venues Jamie has co-created have gained widespread acclaim, featuring in The Sunday Times Style Magazine, Drinks International, MixMag, and Decanter. Most recently, Kiki Lounge earned a coveted 1 PIN status in the inaugural The Pinnacle Guide, was awarded Bar of the Year by The Spirits Business, and featured in the prestigious 2025 Top 50 Cocktail Bars list.

Jamie is passionate about creating new and exciting concepts, developing up-and-coming talent, and delivering exceptional levels of hospitality.

Away from the bar, you’ll find Jamie hanging out with his two sons, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or engrossed in some form of political podcast.

DREW FLEMING
CO-FOUNDER

Drew is an award-winning bartender with over a decade of experience across various roles in hospitality.

In 2022, he was named the winner of the global 50 Best Bars: Scholarship, an achievement that has taken him to work alongside industry leaders in some of the world’s best bars. That same year, he was recognised as Young Ambassador of the Year at the Isle of Man Awards for Excellence. In 2024, Drew won the UK heat of the World Young Mixologist competition, representing England at the global final in Singapore, and also reached the final 100 in the World Class Great Britain competition.

Drew has been featured in international press including Decanter and Punch, and has appeared as a guest on the Cocktail Lovers podcast and Bartender at Large.

As co-owner of Extra Fancy Limited, Drew is instrumental in shaping its flagship venue, Kiki Lounge, which has earned recognition in the inaugural The Pinnacle Guide and the 2025 Top 50 Cocktail Bars list. Drew’s focus is on creating guest experiences that exceed expectations, driven by data-informed strategies and clear communication.

When he’s not behind the bar, Drew can be found exploring new hotspots, sipping cocktails, or building Lego while catching up on the latest Netflix hit.
