Hello. We are Extra Fancy—a hospitality and creative consultancy founded by Jamie Lewis and Drew Fleming.

Between us, we’ve spent over a decade building one of the UK and Isle of Man’s most acclaimed independent bars, Kiki Lounge, and collaborating with leading names across the global hospitality and lifestyle world. From award-winning cocktail menus to large-scale brand campaigns, we’ve lived the highs (and learned from the lows) of creating experiences that people remember.

Extra Fancy is the natural next step: a space where our passions for creativity, strategy, and hospitality collide. We know what it takes to operate at the sharp end of hospitality, and we bring that same energy to every project we take on.

We collaborate with bars, restaurants, hotels, leisure and lifestyle brands to craft unforgettable hospitality—from training teams and creating menus to designing venues, building brands and driving growth through marketing, content and partnerships.
